How the Y-Track Hanger Type Blast Machine Works?
The Y-Track Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine is designed for surface cleaning, descaling, and deburring of castings, forged parts, and fabricated components. This machine uses a double-door cabinet
system with an overhead Y-type monorail track, allowing continuous loading/unloading without stopping the blasting cycle.
1. The components are loaded on a hanger and moved into the blasting chamber via a Y-track.
2. The door is closed, and the blasting process starts.
3. Multiple turbine wheels blast high-velocity abrasive media onto the components, thoroughly cleaning the surface.
4. The hanger rotates during blasting, ensuring uniform cleaning from all angles.
5. After completion, the hanger is moved out while the next hanger is ready to enter—ideal for high productivity.
